In 2024, I founded a company Alinad, registered in Kazakhstan. The idea of business is to support Internatinal Companies, seeking a local presence in Central Asian Mining business, but it may be too difficult for them to have a local headcount and/or effectively communicate with local customers and distributors. I am here to help you, providing Agent services.
While I am going to visit these Mining customers with Graco products in Central Asia region, I am willing to expand my expertise beyond Lubrication Equipment. I'm sure I can bring value to an international company, which is targeting Mining industry, and looking on how to support and expand their business in Kazakhstan, without having a local headcount, which brings not only financial costs, but also other complications in local communication with their distributors, and/or customers. Even the language barrier.

I spent 3 years (2017 - 2020) working for ExxonMobil Downstream: Mobil Lubricants. My role initially was an Industrial Lubricants Territory Advisor, and later Mining Sector Specialist looking after sales of Mobil lubricants to Mining customers in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
Another 4 years (2020 - 2024) I worked for Graco Lubrication Equipment Division. My role initially was a Business Development Specialist, and later Product Marketing Specialist combining with Business Development in Scandinavia, Central Asia, and supporting locally African customers. Business Development includes Distributor Network Optimization, and active business growth through channel partners with joint customer visits. As a Product Marketing I used to look after the Product in EMEA, as a local point of contact between EMEA Sales, and North America Product Managers, and Engineering.
